Closing the spice market

My trip to India was primarily focused on capturing the colors of Holi. I did however have a few days in Delhi and was able to discover some interesting parts of the city courtesy of Navin Kumar.

One of the places we visited was the spice market in old Delhi. We venture into it as it was closing down and captured some really great moments that embody the hard work that many Indians do day-in day-out to survive. The air was filled with spices and it was nearly impossible to take a breath without coughing. Much respect goes out to the individuals who work there every day.

Warning to anyone who wishes to venture in the spice market with a camera: it's not allowed. We found a couple of back alleys that connected to it and accessed it via the back. We were eventually discovered but no one asked that we delete our pictures.
